New York To Go Pizza and Gyro

Want a thin, foldable New York slice? Or how about a gyro cooked and shaved in-house and served on a warm pita with our delicious homemade tzatziki sauce? Then make your way to New York To Go! We’re a locally-owned/Veteran-owned corner store opened in 2019 to bring the taste and texture of NY pizza and other favorites to Bismarck, ND.
At New York To Go, we use quality ingredients . . . like tomatoes from Italy for our red sauce, fresh Cremini mushrooms, high-quality mozzarella cheese, and fresh Italian sausage that’s oh-so good! But it’s our made-from-scratch dough that pulls it all together. We use high-gluten spring wheat flour and infuse it with water filtered through a New York WaterMaker™ system. This water gives our dough the taste and texture of pizza like you’d find in NYC.
 
Since opening, we’ve added several items to our menu including JUMBO wings, cheesy garlic bread, Caprese bread, Italian beef sandwiches and our ever-popular calzones . . . and new menu items are always in the works!
 
Come give us a try. New York To Go is open Monday-Saturday 11-9 and Sunday 11:30-7:30. While our focus is on carry-out and delivery, you’re welcome to pull a stool up to the window bar and dig right in!
